Reese is 8 years old and in third grade. She loves playing basketball, drawing and singing. She always was a performer and singer since she was really little. In her free time she loves playing with her Barbies and dolls.
On February 18th, I will eat a scoop or two of #icecreamforbreakfast to celebrate with Reese because #kidsgetcancertoo.

Reese was born on May 19, 2011. She was diagnosed with high risk Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) on January 14, 2014, when she was only two and a half years old. Reese was neutropenic (had very low immunity) for much of treatment which limited her socially. Because of that, she turned to drawing and spent hours sitting in her room drawing.
Reese finished treatment right before kindergarten on May 28th, 2016 and then relapsed when she was in the first grade on December 15, 2017.
She finished up another two years of chemotherapy last month, on December 15, 2019. Check out this awesome post from her Facebook Page. Go, Reese!
